Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Waterford Lakes

Woof Gang Bakery has the best groomers. Mallory has been grooming my 2 Golden Retrievers for 8 years. The are registered Therapy dogs volunteering at hospital, public libraries, & UCF. It's imperative that they be clean and looking their best. They always do with the help of WB- Waterford. The store is clean, the food and treat choices are varied to suit any dog or cats needs.

I don’t even wanna give a one star. They don’t deserve anything. I told them to trim to a 7 and trim a tiny bit from the ears and tail and they completely shaved her. My poor dog looks horrible I will never be going back to this place again and to think they charged my finance extra for doing something we didn’t ask for. They imposed their opinion in and acted like it was something they needed to do when I’m the customer and she is my dog there supposed to be doing what the customer asks for. Not to mention they absolutely destroyed my dogs tail and half shaved it and half didn’t. I’m so beyond mad at them it’s not even funny. My recommendation is go somewhere else.

We couldn’t be happier with Carly’s grooming experience at Woof Gang Waterford Lakes! From start to finish, the team was wonderful, and Raf absolutely exceeded our expectations. Carly went from sweet, cuddly to a total high-fashion queen. She had the best Paw Day! Thank you for taking such great care of her.

My 2 large dogs go here every couple of months. They do a great job and my dogs don't seem scared when they arrive. Prices are average for our area.

Jordan did a fantastic job in grooming my elderly kitty, Jazzy. She even went above and beyond to stick around and talk to me more in depth about how to maintain her health and cleanliness, which I am more than grateful for. Her and the front desk lady were so kind and courteous to both me and my kitty; they obviously pride themselves as great pet groomers and animal lovers and I can see that they really love their job. Tysm, Jordan! Jazzy thanks you too. We will be returning back for future grooming sessions. <3
