Elly's Pine Castle Dog Boarding & Daycare

Absolutely thrilled with our experience at Elly Pine Castle Pet Boarding! From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel at ease. They took the time to understand my mixed pit terrier, Beya, who is full of energy and suffers from separation anxiety. The facility is clean, safe, and inviting, which made leaving her a lot easier. I was especially impressed with the personalized care she received. The owner and staff were attentive and genuinely passionate about animals, ensuring that Beya felt comfortable and happy during her stay. They even provided updates and photos, which eased my worries while I was away. When I picked her up, she was not only well-cared for but also happy and relaxed. I can’t recommend Elly Pine Castle enough for anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving place

I went out of country for about 2 weeks and was scrambling to find a reputable place to look after my senior dog, especially during the holdiays. I was so glad to find Elly's who was able to look after my dog despite his old age and necessity for daily medication. They kept me updated through photos and was assured that he was in good hands. I am grateful for their service and my dog was in great hands.

Full review to follow: I don’t think words can do justice to just how wonderful Matt and Elly have been in looking after our big puppy! Firstly, they took him in on short notice and the price was a bargain. That is not to say the quality of care was in anyway lacking. To the contrary, they are genuine dog lovers and took care of our big lab like family. To add that Matt & Elly also handled an emergency situation impeccably. My dog started bleeding from his ear which turned out to be from an ear infection that he was scratching. They took him to the vet and arranged for his treatment! All this through the holiday period!

My girlfriend and I left our German Shepherd with Matt and we couldn't be more pleased. It was our first time boarding her so it's safe to say we all had separation anxiety. I urge anyone looking to board a dog to give Matt a call. He took extra special care of our overly anxious dog, even sending daily texts with plenty of pictures to calm our nerves. A++++++

Great place for daycare. Dropping off my crazy Aussie here was a breeze and Matt was very attentive to my handling instructions. Definitely above and beyond care. Way better than using big chain dog boarding facilities so I look forward to bringing my boy back in the future.
