Not a fan of groomers today at Lake Nona! 1st I dropped them off at 11:45 then got a call at 12:30 asking if I was bringing my dogs. Of course I freaked out thinking i took them to the wrong place or something but they were aware of them when we checked in the 2 groomers came to get them; yet, neither the front desk nor the 2 groomers checked them in. Then i am on way home n see blood on Case's leg, foot, chest n stomach. They apparently cut his nails too short n he was bleeding n a spot cut on his leg. It definitely hurts him because he won't let me touch his leg or foot. I held him in my lap n washed the blood off everything n checked him out. I sent a text message to the groomers with pictures but no response. Im not very happy! Wolf gang groomers in Saint Cloud, Fl!. 🥺🐶

Woofgang in the Publix plaza is where we get food for our 3 pups. San and Susan are always helpful and knowledgeable. Our German Shepherd suffers from allergies and Sam helped us with some probiotics. I recommend this location.

From the very beginning, you could see her dedication, patience, and passion for what she does. My dog was calm and came out looking beautiful, well cared for, and happy. We had an extremely disappointing experience with Wolf Gang Lake Nona, specifically with the groomer Katie, who completely ruined our flat-coated retriever's coat. Baloo has a double coat that we take great care to maintain, and we brought him in for a *full groom* with very clear instructions: **do not cut his whiskers** and **leave his ears a bit longer**. That was it. My husband dropped him off at 12:20 PM for his 12:30 appointment. By 3:00 PM, we still hadn’t received any communication, so he returned to the store, only to be told they were running 20–30 minutes behind because they double booked appointments.
