Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Englewood

It was my Yorkies first visit. They are welcoming as soon as you walk in. I wasn't fully satisfied with the cut on my dogs face (needed to take more off) but when I called they quickly rectified it immediately minutes later! #communicationiskey #customerserviceiskey Thank you for addressing my concerns with understanding. The store is neat & clean with a wide variety of treats and pet stuff. 😀 We will be back.🐶

After a difficult grooming experience elsewhere, I was very hesitant to try a new groomer. The store may be new, but the grooming staff has years of experience — and they were absolutely amazing! Qinlu took the time to make sure both Bluey and I felt completely comfortable. He went in and came out a happy pup, and even got to enjoy his favorite treat (chicken chips!) before and after his session. Every staff member I met was so friendly, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. The location is great too — there’s a parking lot right across the street and plenty of cute shops nearby to explore while you wait. 💙🐾

We had a wonderful experience at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming in Englewood. The store itself was spotless — very clean, bright, and organized, which immediately made me feel at ease. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and patient. They treated my dog like family and answered all of my questions with a smile. My dog, Milo, got a full groom and came out looking better than ever. His haircut was perfectly even, his nails were neatly trimmed, and he looked so happy and refreshed. It’s clear they care about both the pets and their owners. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and top-quality grooming spot!

Such a nice experience. Mikey, my dog has had interesting grooming experiences in the past, but the groomer handled him with much love and care. He looked super snazzy and smelled so good! Of course he got rewarded with lots of treats and a lamb chop at the end of his groom 😂 Overall, 10/10 experience

This was beyond my expectations, everyone was so nice and welcoming, I dropped off my dog Luna in sadly not the best shape as it had rained the night before and we were unable to brush her before her next morning appointment, i was expecting to pick Luna up shaved to the skin as it had happened with prior groomers in the past, but when I came back to get her she looked like a teddy bear which had never happened before at any prior groomers, my wife immediately asked to schedule her again for her next grooming so we could secure that slot. Thank you so much for the team in this location you guys are all so wonderful.
