Staff is extremely nice and patient with pets. Tiago is especially great and the groomer I have trusted with my fur baby for a while now. My dog comes out super clean, not too nervous, and smelling great. Thanks for the great service and work.

We have been taking Ollie our Maltese to the Apopka location for 7 years. We have never had a negative experience. The owner is very knowledgeable, professional, and loving toward animals. It is easy to make appointments though the groomers are very busy so book ahead when possible. Our pup always looks great no matter how many times I changed what style I wanted. Both of my pups love going here! One is very anxious, and somehow he opens up when he sees the groomers. They continue to impress me and always listen to our concerns and make sure both my fur babies get the specific care and attention they need!
