This review is long overdue, as Zonda has been under Dr. Alex’s care since she was just 10 weeks old. Now, at 1 year and 8 months, I am filled with gratitude looking back at how far she’s come. Back in February, I made the unfortunate decision to have her spayed by the breeder's recommended vet, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. Zonda suffered from severe internal bleeding, and we nearly lost her. She had to undergo another major emergency surgery at a clinic to stop the bleeding. Thanks to the incredible care she received, she pulled through. However, it was Dr. Alex's aftercare that truly made all the difference. Dr Alex is the best vet I’ve been to in Florida and probably anywhere. Super patient and understanding and knowledgeable! Only place I’m taking my babies.

Doesn't matter if your pet is sick or not money first my heart is broken 2 dogs and other vets had to help my dog not to suffer in pain I know people need there money but he was to high price for seniors to take care of there pet look to mount Dora lake veterinarian clinic they have $35. A month payment plain even if you didn't need for a hole year it is so amazing that they do this I never saw so many caring people they help us get her out and in of car as well as telling us that it is the time for her to cross the rainbow bridge they didn't let here suffer like he did not just one dog but 2 amazing dogs died

Dr Alex was fantastic! I've put off going to the vet with my dog longer than I should have due to a bad experience at a previous vet. But my dog woke up with a swollen jaw and I had already picked Dr Alex out a year ago based on the reviews and I just made the call. They fit him in the same day and the staff from begining to end made me feel so comfortable and they were so nice to both me and my dog! I noticed other customers checking out seemed happy with their experience, which put me at further ease. Many of the pets there were there for a problem. Dr Alex made quick friends with my dog (mostly through treats, his love language 😍) and even though I was embarrassed my dogs nails had gotten a little long and his teeth needed a good cleaning, they just made me feel so comfortable. D

We love Dr. Alex and his staff. He's gentle, he tries less invasive treatment first, and his fees are SO reasonable. He's closed Saturdays but available Sundays. Appointments are recommended but he's fit in my sick doggie on a Sunday morning. We highly recommend this office.
