From day one they have been wonderful. Very professional, very informative. Dr. Hannah loves the animals and it shows in her personality! Morgan is very responsive in answering questions and when she doesn't know, she works to find the correct answers. 12 out of 10 highly recommend bringing your pet to Park Ave.

Doctor was kind and informative. Took his time answering my questions and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Great place. Nice people. Even when dealing with my Rottweiler, who absolutely hates going to the vet. lol

I’m writing this review based on my recent experience with Park Ave Animal Hospital after the loss of my dog, Diesel. I want to start by saying that I have trusted this office with all three of my dogs for many years. That history is what makes this situation even more disappointing. Diesel was seen by the doctor, and while we were given great news overall, we were already aware that he had a collapsed trachea. We were told that with medication he should be okay. Sadly, just four days later, Diesel passed away. As upsetting as his passing was, what hurt just as much was the lack of follow-up or compassion afterward. I personally called the office the next day to inform them that Diesel had passed. I was told they would “add it to his chart,” and that was the extent of the response. Giv

We’ve been coming to Park Avenue for about 13 years or more. We’ve always loved the service there and liked it especially when Covid hit and could just wait in the car. That seemed to be less stressful on our cats than going inside.
