Woof and Fluff Mobile Pet Styling

Melody grooms my wired hair Parsons Jack Russel Terrier. She shave his coat in a mohawk as requested, he always looks great and she works great with him.

I'm so disappointed with woof and fluff mobile groom. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. I never write a bad review for anyone, because I own a business also, I don't want customer look bad base on the reviews. But today is my first time doing this. I recently moved to Queen Creek and been looked for mobile groom for my Shitzu, finally Melody responded me back a month ago, and say she on vacation, and let me know if I can wait till the end of the month. I alway schedule in advance so it's no problem to me. Two week later she ms me and booked appointment for my pup which is today. And when the day come, we been sitting at home for 2 hours waiting and rushed get back home from took my kids to school. I been texted and called her also, hopefully she texted back, but no answer. Melody has been grooming my toy/miniature poodles for a several years. They are always so happy to see her. Her skills are great and she is very creative in her grooming. I have been disappointed when I have gone to a different groomer and so will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend WoofnFluff for all your grooming needs. I have used Melody of Woof & Fluff since 2010 and my dogs love her. She is always sweet and loving to my dogs. I don’t take my dogs anywhere else since I found her. Before I found her I had to drag my dogs to the groomers and they couldn’t get out fast enough. Melody was doing this out of her home when I first started with her. Now I had to drag them out of her place as they didn’t want to leave. In fact my chihuahua mix is in love with her standard poodle Ella. I trust her with my dogs to still be going to her. I love that she is mobile now as I have a hard time getting around. She’s #1 in my books.
