My dog, Linda, had not been feeling well we thought her teeth were bothering her so we scheduled her for cleaning. Dr Heuchert gave her a quick exam and let me know that the her teeth were not the problem. He recommended that my dog be seen that day by emergency or same day vet. It turned out that my dog had in fact eating something that we had to have removed. The next morning I received a phone call from the pet dental clinic checking on Linda. I rescheduled her appointment for the cleaning. Today I dropped her off. I have to say that this clinic is amazing. I received multiple texts and phone calls every step of my dogs treatment. After 14 years of good health and no issues, my cat finally made it clear to me that he had painful issues with his teeth. After some research, I decided to trust my boy's care to Dr. Huechert and his team. I knew within 15 minutes of our visit that I made the right choice. The staff were amazing, I expected him to fight and resist everything, but they had such great 'bedside manner' that he was completely comfortable. They kept me informed of everything throughout his exams and x-rays. Even though his condition was much worse than I initially thought, Dr Huechert was still able to completely repair all of his issues and still kept the price right in the middle of their initial estimate. Play by play updates were provided for our sweet 6 year old Pit Bull mix(Nala). She had a cracked tooth with pulp exposed. she needed help asap and the team at Pet Dental Clinic in Queen Creek was tier 1, affordable pricing compared to the care provided. She had a dedicated room during her stay and came home good as new, sparkling smile with fresh breath and tail wagging. Thanks for taking great care of our loved one! We are so grateful to Dr. Heuchert and his staff for taking excellent care of “fur baby” girl. She had to have her teeth cleaned as well as extractions. She had an unfortunate experience a year and a half ago with a different Vet office in the Tucson area which is why we were nervous about her going under, she also had elevated liver values. We decided to make the drive to Queen Creek from Catalina area after getting an opportunistic & shockingly high estimate in Tucson (outside of our range and sadly, not feasible). We are so happy we found Pet Dental Clinic in Queen Creek. Dr. Heuchert is highly skilled, warm, kind, and genuinely cares about helping our 4 legged family members. Highly recommend Dr Heuchert and his staff at The Per Dental Clinic. Took my 10y Shepherd Mix and I knew from the beginning she was in good hands. The detail and attention they paid to her mouth, and explaining it to me along the way was greatly appreciated. They noticed some sharp edges and cracks that were likely causing her pain I had no idea about. We will definitely be back for future cleanings and with my other pups!
