It was my first time today bring our dog! I absolutely LOVED the entire staff! Everyone was in such an upbeat and positive mood, it was awesome! They gave me an estimate and it was much lower than they even quoted so that was so great! I am so glad we found this gem! I felt like they loved my dog so much! The best part is they gave me soooo many samples and they didn’t need to do that but I was so so happy and so relieved! Our dog is very people friendly but doesn’t pay well w others and our dog was licking the Doc Peggy’s neck and ear, I think he approved too! Anyway, glad we found them and changed from going elsewhere about 5-6 years. Can’t express how excited we are ! ;)

I have two dogs that see Dr Cooper and her great staff so when one of my outdoor cats became sick, I didn’t hesitate to call CityVet. Dr Cooper understood my hesitation on spending too much on a feral cat, so she made suggestions to help lessen the cost. Her consideration made it easy to approve the lab tests and medication. I’m very pleased with the office and Dr Cooper at this visit and highly recommend them.

I had an awesome experience at city vet! I brought in my litter of 10 puppies for a check up and every employee was super Kind and caring. I had an overall great experience definitely would recommend!

Dr Cooper was absolutely fantastic! She listened intently to my lengthy discriptions of the symptoms my cat was suffering with & proceeded to give her a thorough exam even looking into her eyes with an optical tool, which I've never seen any veterinarian use. She had blood & another test performed & when finished was able to tell me what the next steps needed to be taken to resolve my cats problems. I was unbelievably happy to finally find my cat was going to be able to get on the road to recovery. Her staff was also kind helpful & thorough & her clinic was impressive - large, clean & a warm comfortable environment. Dr. Cooper truly cares. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and gave me all the options without rushing or pushing anything. She confirmed my dog had torn his ACL and immediately focused on what mattered most—keeping him comfortable and out of pain while we wait for our next orthopedic appointment. She even referred us to an excellent orthopedic specialist. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the whole experience didn’t feel like a business, it felt personal.
