Woodlake Veterinary Hospital

Woodlake Vet has been absolutely wonderful. They cared for my dogs with such compassion, especially during my sweet boy’s final days, which meant so much to me. They’ve also gone above and beyond in helping with my other special needs dog, patiently working to get her medication figured out and back on a healthy track. A special shout-out to Dr. Sophia Schuder — it’s hard to find a vet who cares the way she does. She’s kind, thorough, and truly dedicated. I’m so grateful for the entire team here and highly recommend them!

Emergency dental: Communication was excellent!! A complete evaluation of my dogs overall health was done in addition to her dental work. I was kept informed before, during and after her surgery and all my questions were answered! All the staff are very kind to both our pets and their owners.

Dr Tonnacliff was excellent. My cat gets pretty nervous in new places. The staff at Woodlake was very patient with her and gave her the space she needed to feel comfortable with them. Their Paw plan makes Cordelia's care convenient and affordable.

I've been happy with Woodlake in the past, but this last visit was a poor experience. The vet seemed to be on autopilot, not really looking at my cats, and upselling procedures. I made a follow up appointment for boosters for the cats, and after the fact was informed that they were only given one of the boosters, requiring a third trip to the vet...which is stressful for all involved. I wouldn't recommend Woodlake if you're hoping for a personal experience, with individualized attention. Definitely not worth the high price they charged.

I had a wonderful experience! Dr Schuder spent lots of time with my Vincent, discussing all the challenges we’ve been experiencing from diarrhea, to chewing and leash pulling. I felt very heard and she had lots of good suggestions. The front desk staff welcomed us warmly and the technicians were so kind and doused my dog with love and yummy treats! I give Woodlake a 10/10.
