PetSmart Grooming

Literally a disgrace of an experience. First off to even get someone to acknowledge me- I walked in at 3:07pm and at 3:18 the 3 girls who were preforming work didn’t even turn around and say “hey I’ll be right with you or welcome we will be with you in a bit” Still when the girl Zoe came up it wasn’t hi how are you who you here to get just “picking up” Also Zoe then went to cut a schnauzer looking dog and she grabbed him and he was rambunctious but she goes “sit down settle down JESUS” I understand frustrations but your job is to literally handle dogs and talking to them that way is unacceptable. I then hear her say “I’m not picking you up off the ground stop it oh my god come on” she finally gets the dog on the table and his legs slip and he just kind of flips and flops and there is no

If I could do negative stars I would do -5… very rude lady at the fish area.. won’t sell fish and doesn’t explain why! Very bad customer service

It was ok 75 for a wash and furminator.. probably try somewhere else next time.

Even my 2 rescue dogs look like beauties. Friendly staff & even my dogs like them.

They do such a good job with my dogs.
