There are so many options out there and it’s hard to know what is best for our furry family members. They made great recommendations on food and treats for our 13lb golden doodle! I stopped in yesterday after an appointment I had around the corner, and the customer service, inventory options, and cleanliness of the store was top notch! I wish I lived closer as I would shop here regularly, but will definitely stop in whenever I’m in the neighborhood.

Just found out about Wolf pack in May. Spent about 400 to 500 in store in a month. I had a collar I needed to return but did not have the receipt due to most businesses look it up on your credit card to verify. It’s over an hour drive there and back but I wanted to support a local business. When I went the girls made me feel like I was trying to scam them and when I called the owner as they requested, he called back while I was working. I called 3 times after that and was told he would call me back. When I called for the 4th time he laughed at me when I said you were supposed to call me back. Then he doubled down on his return policy because I don’t have a receipt. I mentioned it’s on my credit card and he wouldn’t look it up that way. I said I don’t worry about receipts because that is h
