The whole team at Windy City Dog Walkers is amazing. You get a dedicated dog walker, and they do a free meet and greet at your place to make sure it is a fit. Jordan is absolutely amazing. Mermaid (my do) gets excited to see them, but Jordan is not hesitant to message in the moment with any issues and/or concerns, such as when Mermaid laid down and refused to leave for a walk. The admin team is also extremely responsive and not just before and right after you commit. The app through which you do communication, scheduling, and payment is intuitive and easy to use. They also provide daily walk report with pictures in the app. Overall, I can't recommend Windy City Dog Walkers more.

Not only is my dog getting great care, their services work seamlessly on my end too. They are flexible with scheduling, it’s easy to make payments and they are easy to get ahold of in a pinch. City Windy dog walkers are terrific. Super easy to work with, very warm and welcome as a new client. And Murdoch loves his new walker. I really like the consistency- Murdoch and his walker Lou get closer with each walk. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using Windy City for over 3 years. It has been such a relief to have a reliable, responsive, and trustworthy dog walking service. Ali has been my dog’s walker, and she never fails to fill up my dog’s bowl with water, take cute pics of her, and follow instructions perfectly. For the first few years, I was also a single dog parent with occasional unpredictable work travel. Windy City always found me an overnight dog sitter quickly despite often short notice and was accommodating through my schedule changes.

We have used Windy City Dog Walkers for about two years and the experience has been great. Their walkers and managers are all so kind and really seem to love and care about our dog. The app and scheduling features are super easy to use, and the team has been accommodating whenever we needed to change dates.
