We lost our girl Wrigley today to cancer of the spleen, something that Dr Ellis at Willow Run discovered just a few days ago. We moved to the area almost 7 months ago. Our girl was already being treated for paralysis of her hind quarters due to something called IVDD where we previously lived. As a result, she had constant UTIs. Willow Run was recommended to us in several Facebook groups, and we decided to visit. Dr. Ellis and her techs immediately took to her, and we started a program of acupuncture & laser therapy. She regained some mobility in her hind quarters and began to move around in our home. Huge thank you to the team at Willowrun! Our dog had a scary accident outside and needed anesthesia that our usual vet didn't have on staff. Instead of rushing to Raleigh, we called Willowrun, and they were a lifesaver. The receptionist was so helpful and professional, making a stressful situation much easier. Even with an emergency, we were seen in just two hours. The organization and care they show to families is truly impressive. We were also very impressed with the quality of Isaac’s stitches. Since the cut was in a high-motion area, we are incredibly grateful that the vet took the extra care to add additional sutures to ensure it stays closed and heals properly.

We had our first appointment yesterday. My 3 yr old aussie named Ozzy has heart worms. They are absolutely amazing! They showed me my options and were very helpful and supportive throughout. All of the staff was very sweet and gentle to Ozzy, especially since he got many shots! 10/10

All the gals at the Front Desk are absolutely wonderful!!!! The Vet Techs are equally as wonderful and are so tender and loving towards our Buddy Boo, despite the joy of expressing his anal glands on every visit. And Dr. Katy Ellis.. where to begin. We wish we had doctors as caring and loving as she is. She doesn’t only treat Buddy but she makes sure that Lenny and I are comfortable and on point with taking care of our Baby Boo. Overall…Everyone at Willowrun is simply the Best in every way possible!!! We love all you guys and feel so extremely Blessed that you are all part of our lives!!!!

Willowrun is a phenomenal location. Dr. Ellis and her staff took great care of my dogs and even gave my kids coloring books while we waited. Dr. Ellis and her staff were thorough and explained everything about what she recommended for my dogs. She took her time and loved on my dogs every step of the way!
