Amazing service, staff, and pricing. My Princess gets taken care of, exceptionally well. Deana, Braylon, and Sara are on point! The love, genuine care, and expertise is priceless. I'm blessed to have found Cloud's!

I would also give 6 stars if I could! Deanna is so down to earth and relatable, easy to talk to, friendly, and genuine. Upon touring the facility, it is immaculately clean and well maintained. You can tell right away, Deanna takes pride in her business and we are absolutely recommending her!! Our dog, Smokey, loved it there and loved Deanna.

I truly wanted to like this boarding facility, but we did not have the greatest experience. We dropped off our three, house-trained dogs, (plus food/bedding/meds) for 5 nights of boarding. The facility is in fantastic condition, everything is clean and looked to be organized. Everything we would want! We called periodically while away and were told everyone was doing great and there were no concerns. When we picked up our dogs, we were met with a trash bag full of their bedding/blankets that were COVERED in urine and vomit. To the point where when the bedding was taken out of the trash bag, piles of vomit fell onto our kitchen floor. We ended up having to throw away 2 out of 4 dog beds, and 3 out of 4 blankets. We were also met with food bowls caked with dried wet food that needed to be so

I would not board my pets with anyone other than Deanna and her team. She is down to earth and goes above and beyond when it comes to providing care, professionalism, and availability. The facility itself is immaculate and brand new, there you will find spacious heated/cooled kennels with outdoor access, massive play area, and a staff that will love your pets as if they were their own. Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, quality, and competitively priced boarding/daycare!

My dog Kiko is part of the daycare program and he LOVES it, when I pull his backpack out he gets instant zoomies. I knew this was the right place when we arrived and his tail wagged at seeing Deanna. She is so Wonderful and really builds up trust and confidence with your pet, I feel totally at ease when I know my baby is at clouds having fun with his friends, not to mention the pricing is very affordable! The location is very convenient being off the highway it only added eight minutes to my regular commute to work in the morning. I really hope more daycare puppies get enrolled so Kiko can have even more fun. Clouds bed and biscuit daycare is a must for busy fur parents that want to know they're giving their dogs an enriching and meaningful experience.
