Willow Pet Hospital - Austin

As always, Willow was great with my dog. They fit me in on Christmas Eve to fix a broken toenail. The pricing and explanation was clear, and I truly believe you can’t put a price on peace of mind. They even made him a cute holiday bandage! I appreciate the vets and techs that make this place so special!

My baby ripped her toe nail Thursday night. She is a fragile little chihuahua named Willow. I called Willow Pet Hospital 5 minutes after they opened Friday morning. They got her in and taken care of that afternoon. The staff were wonderful and amazing with my baby. Thank you so much for the great care. I'll be referring and returning.

I’ve brought two of my dogs to Willow and I could not be happier with the service. They have been there through emergencies, general care, and saying goodbye to my beloved dog. Every person I’ve encountered from the vet to the desk has been understanding and wonderful. I appreciate the help I’ve received from these wonderful people and will continue to bring my dogs to Willow for continued care.

Full honesty here: willow is a bit costly compared to other vets. However I assure you it's worth the money. There have been numerous instances that show they only have the best intentions for your pet & you. We lost our dog today & they were insanely caring, patient, & willing to explain everything. Within two hours we got flowers delivered to our house, I thought it was our friends, but it was our vet! Another time we had a poison scare from eating grass after fertilizer application. Another vet in town said it's PROBABLY OK. Willow receptionists checked with their vet techs numerous times over multiple callbacks with advice at no cost. Eventually they suggested possibly coming in or suggesting it would be cheaper to call pet poison hotline. I really think they are the best vets in this
