My 10 year old Shepherd was drinking excessive amounts of water so we brought her in. They suggested testing her for Cushing's disease so we did and it came back positive. They put her on a medication treatment that immediately caused terrible vomiting and she wouldn't eat. Right away we call the vet office on what to do about the vomiting and we couldn't get ahold of them I never received a return call. We decided to take her off the medication after 2 days of treatment and within a week she went into paralysis and couldn't walk leading to us putting her down at another vet.(still no word from the vet). They were obviously to busy to worry about our dog.

Jesse was a great vet to work with. She really cares about your animal and is knowledgeable. The rest of the staff has been very poor to work with. Little knowledge and friendliness. They never know how to answer a question and won’t find resources to do so. Horrible communication from staff to patient. I have been very disappointed with the service I have received here.

This place has gotten pretty bad . Been coming for years when they had male vet who was really great with all of our pets but he's retired I think and the stuff they had was great but now they have new people working here and we brought our dog into his appointment and we were the vet would see us soon 30 minutes go by and no vet and been seeing people going in and with their pets and we go ask and they say we are behind how are appointment was really in the morning so we rescheduled and went back and the vet did the same thing it takes way to long to for your pet to see the vet. I miss other people who used to work here they were really nice people and would not have you wait this long.

My Shitzu became acutely ill after hours and the Vet came in to treat her at 11:30pm. Unfortunately, she didn't survive, but they did all they could before a decision was made to put her down after a day if them observing/treating her. Thank you for making a difficult decision easier.

Kind Veterinarians who seem to really care about your pets. Some vets in town are not great with people, but these ones are awesome! Highly recommend them! Helpful front staff as well. Haven't had a bad experience yet! 🙂😉
