Dr. Schaller and Willow Creek Animal Hospital showed incredible compassion during one of the hardest moments of my life. The staff was kind, patient, and honest, explaining everything clearly and ensuring my dog was comfortable and pain-free. They treated both my dog Rosco and me with dignity and care, and I’m deeply grateful for their professionalism and empathy. I highly recommend them.

Second time leaving this review since they figured out how to delete the last one. As you can see by the age of reviews all the good ones are from a good time ago. Service of this clinic has substantially dropped over the years. My pup was sick and we were turned away for being 1 minute late. I have a screen shot showing what time we called and were turned away literally 1 minute late. My boy ended up having lymphoma. He was treated by another veterinary clinic.

You just lost a customer. I called to cancel my dog's appointment I made yesterday. I am having medical issues myself, and I need surgery to correct them. My sweet fur baby has an ear infection, but I'm feeling terrible today. I told the guy on the phone, but this practice has no compassion. Said if I canceled my appointment for my fur baby, I would have to pay upfront to rebook for Monday. I will never bring my fur baby back to this practice.

Definitely recommend! Dr. Schaller is by far the most knowledgeable veterinarian in the area and went above and beyond to ensure I understood my fur baby’s food allergy. She went over multiple handouts and walked me through the process of treating and caring for my puppy. Her care for animals is above and beyond, all staff is so friendly and welcoming. Strongly suggest taking your pets here! :)

the staff here really is like family they take care of your fur babies like their own. They give you options on the best treatment. I have lost two babies in the last 2 years and they cry with you and they comfort you. I just cannot say enough about them.
