Called for questions to get dog nail trim and felt like I was inconveniencing whoever answered the phone, cut me off before I could ask about their hours. Second time this has happened, won’t be seeking future services.

New assistant, not Phyllis groomed my fur baby and it showed! These people actually will love your animals! I’d never trust/want anyone else to groom my precious fur baby! Anytime I have my fur baby groomed it’s been a positive experience UNTIL RECENTLY, new female assistant must not be experienced.

Tessa has been to about 7 groomers and never has she come out looking as beautiful as when Phyllis groomed her yesterday. It was the first time Tessa went to Phyllis and we will not be looking for anymore groomers. Phyllis you are the best. Thank you.
