Sam is the best! She is so kind and thoughtful and did the most amazing job with my nervous dog, Rosie! It was Rosie’s first time at the groomer and I couldn’t be happier with the way she looks. Sam made me feel comfortable, heard, and reassured the whole time. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a dog groomer! I can’t thank you enough Sam!

She is so amazing with my slightly grumpy old dog. I struggled to find a groomer that I trusted to handle him but she’s always so patient with him. She texts during the appointment to give me updates and has even gotten to the point where we don’t have to medicate him for appointments. He always looks so handsome and smells so good when he comes home! Highly recommend!!

If you want a great dog groomer, this is who you want to deal with. She is always booked up so if you’re not already in, good luck… Both our dogs have trust issues (shelter dogs) but don’t have panic attacks going for hair cuts. She sends out a text reminder a few days out to confirm our appointment which great.
