Katie was amazing when looking after our kitties while we were away! She was very detailed with her daily updates which I so appreciated, and she made me feel at ease knowing my furr babies were in good hands. You can really tell she is someone who genuinely cares about animals. She was very professional and kind, as well as always prompt with responding to messages. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of pet sitting service, she did a great job!

I can’t say enough good things about our first time experience with Katie and Wag & Walk Pet Care Services. From the first encounter, my two dogs loved her. She has a calm demeanor and was thorough in her explanation of the services to be provided. And she performed these services to the highest degree of satisfaction. I particularly loved receiving the pup updates and pictures/ videos after every visit. Katie was amazing! We have never used a pet sitter/dog walking service for our 2 dogs but I am so happy that we have Katie in our small town. She is truly a lover of animals and will treat your pets like her own. She was very thorough and took so many notes when she came to meet our dogs, making me feel at peace knowing they would be in good hands. She was super communicative and sent several pictures along with a write up during each visit. She also has very reasonable pricing. This is clearly someone who LOVES what they do and it really shows. I would recommend her to all of my family, friends and anyone who wants someone who will go above and beyond for your pets! My dogs miss her already!
