Nice friendly local pet store. Knowledgeable & Easy to deal with let us exchange food that I purchase for my saltwater fish that they would not eat.

They have the best customer service everyone is friendly and so helpful I loved how everyone was out on the floor and they interact with there animals love it! I gotten my ferret yesterday and everyone was amazingly awesome I'll definitely be coming back to get his supplies when he needs it.

The staff here saved us. Their knowledge is BY FAR, worth shopping here. Definitely won’t be shopping anywhere else, from now on. I had left a one star review because they didn’t answer the phone… so I apologize. They don’t answer probably because they take their time explaining stuff and answer any questions you have, without rushing or pushing a purchase. I promise you, this is only place I will shop for pet needs from now on. Thank you guys! Life savers!

Best pet place around, very knowledgable staff, wide selection of products as well as tons of different animals that are visibly well cared for. The owner is always there which makes everything very smooth regarding questions or any type of inquiry.

Love the new shop that took over the McKrackens that had been there for a while. Definitely improvements happening inside and more reptiles available, and I did see they have plans to renovate the exterior. Luke's is shaping up to be a premier local pet shop.
