I went there yesterday in hopes of finding a Betta. I found one and purchased all the necessary things to keep him happy and healthy. I asked questions, and even bought the two extra things for the water in the tank because it was recommended to me. It was also recommended to me that I move him from his cup to a bag until I could put him in the tank. HOWEVER, the worker neglected to let me know that the fish is only supposed to be in the bag for an hour. I had also stated that I was going to have to set up the tank I bought for him as I didn’t have one. As a result of this, I kept the fish in his bag for over an hour while I was setting up his tank. I could tell he was getting antsy but I just assumed he was excited to be out of his bag. He was fine when I put him in the water and then he

Steve's is great. Super friendly knowledgeable and abundant staff. Plenty of stock, both fresh and salt water. They have a wide range of tanks, substrates, filters, lights, food, rocks, decor and more. Family owned business, so you know they put time and effort in. They really care about both the customers and the animals. (Pics are my own fish and shrimps 😁😋) Updated 2/2025 Still great! They've remodeled a little. Added and upgraded thier inventory and fish. Majority of the same staff is still there, they've got the experience!

Came by today in a panic about my betta and to have my water tested. I had the pleasure of getting to speak to Mike. He was so nice and helpful and patient with me and my autistic daughter getting overwhelmed by the crowd. He assured me our betta is doing great, our set up is fine and offered a few pointers for success with less stress. Ive gotten so much conflicting info I was certain I was killing my daughters beloved fish which would be catastrophic. I wont go anywhere else for advice and am super grateful to have gotten to talk to Mike today. Thank you Mike! 💙

Staff was super helpful and polite. Store has a great variety of saltwater plants, plugs, and anemones. Live coral and large rocks available in the back. Huge selection of tanks and accessories for saltwater and fresh water tanks. Smaller selection of fresh water plants, at least 15 varieties

Went in to get a stand for our 20 gallon tank. Ben was super helpful and we were in and out! He also gave us some super helpful tips for our upcoming tank! Thank you ben!
