UPDATE: Owner added clarification and partial refund. Trust earned and will return. ------------- While the cut on my dog looks good I was not happy with the price adjustment at checkout. When booked we were told $92, but at checkout it was $140+tip. When asked we were told the $92 is for repeat customers only...surprise $50 add on for new customer?

We have used Erica with Glamour Grooms for many years. She has always been such a professional and our dogs have always loved going to her. Phoebe highly recommends her groomer Erica.

We are absolutely thrilled with the service we received. Erika was very attentive when we first arrived and spent some time discussing the cuts for our girls. We left feeling like they were in good hands. And they were! We were over the moon with how cut their grooms were. The girls used to look terrified in the photos from our previous groomer. Even though they don't look super thrilled, they don't look like they just witnessed a neutering. We will definitely be making further appointments.
