University Animal Hospital

University Animal Hospital is the best Vet I have ever been to. Dr Otto and his team are wonderful, kind and caring. I cannot express my gratitude enough to every single one of them. I took my baby, Hakuna, to them the second I rescued him from the shelter. They took such good care of him for his entire long life. I could tell how much they all loved Hakuna and they never made me feel like they weren’t trying their hardest to help and treat him in the best way. They are fantastic. If you love your babies as much as me, I highly recommend them. Thank you all again so so so much.

Every employee at University Animal Hospital CARES!!!! They CARE about my experience! From the receptionists friendly and compassionate help to the assistants who show my pets kindness and compassion to Dr Moser with her knowledgeable advice and is compassionate about helping me get the best care for what I can afford. Dr Moser has researched prescriptions for me and found a newly available generic form to help save me money when I told her I wasn’t sure I could continue to afford the current medication! They are true animal lovers. When it comes time to say goodbye to one of my sweet dogs it is comforting to know they will hold my hand and be a comfort to me and my dog.

Excellent as always. They go out of their way to take proper care of my dogs. The staff and Dr's. give me lots of confidence in their abilities and always make me glad l use them for my veterinary needs.

Last update (10/15/25, 5 stars!): Our little girl (puffy orange in the photo) started to throw up non-stop, and we called them to ask help. They let Dr. Otto know, and Dr. Otto called us back immediately. We scheduled an appointment on the same day. We finally met Dr. Otto. To be honest, he took care of our baby so well. He seems like he loves what he’s doing. He is enjoying taking care of animals. He is absolutely experienced. Like he promised, he did the examination and vaccines in front of us. We left very happy. They called us to check our baby’s health. Thank God she is fine. We are very thankful for Dr. Otto! We highly and ONLY recommend Dr. Otto! Dr. Otto and every single person here is amazing. They truly care about pets and their owners. I trust them all and will always use this vet clinic. I find Dr. Otto’s expertise to be unmatched, thanks to him, my pup has lived many months longer than expected and I trust every suggestion he makes. I’m so thankful to him and the staff.
