Westlake Animal Inn Pet Resort & Grooming

I am truly happy with Westlake! I had an absolutely awful experience elsewhere and was concerned about trying boarding again. Chloe, my cat, had a huge cage (at least 3 times the size of the other place), her own soft bed, and a loving, kind staff. I am so very pleased!

Not only do I enjoy the daycare. My dog, Janabelle, is crazy excited to be there. We go every day because I have a part time morning job. I’m not pressed to get out early or have to worry that I’m going to be late! She’s safe, loved and happy to be there! The staff treats her like family s as nd she certainly loves them all! Especially, Bella and the other members of the staff!! 💕💕

I have a service dog, and I don't trust anyone other than Westlake Animal Inn to take care of her. They love on her and take pictures showing how happy she is. When we pick her up, she spends the day very depressed because she misses all of her human and dog friends. You guys are the best!

Our Labrador Retriever was there for 15 days while we were on vacation. They did a great job with her and provided me with updates on how she was doing each time I called. She got a bath and nail trim while she was there and was super-soft when we picked her up.

Having had the "suite with webcam" this time, I now understand why my dog was terrified to go back there. No webcam was ever "available " previously or there would have been no further boarding there. I was in hospital so watched her on webcam 24 hours/day. She was not taken out of that room the 2 x/day as per "policy" but I also paid for 2 additional walks and additional personal playtime. I watched her all day & night. 2 days she was only taken out to pee once after 7 p.m. She was never walked, as max time she was out of the room was 4-6 min. Nevr longer than 6 minutes & never taken out of that prison room more than 2 times...at approx 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. No playtime, no walks. Oh, wait, after I called tge 3rd time, a young girl went in, got on her knees and just sat tgere while my dog tr
