Anclote Animal Hospital

I researched several vets in the area before deciding to schedule an appointment for my fur babies at Anclote Animal Hospital and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! From the initial phone call, as I arrived, through my appointment, each person I had interaction with was so friendly and kind. They spent the time needed with me and made sure I understood everything as they explained procedures, vaccines, future plans to keep my fur babies all healthy. They were patient and loving to my new kitten. I also saw them dealing with other clients/patients and witnessed the same. The staff and veterinarians are wonderful! Thank you to Sherry, Sam, and Dr. Putney for making this a fantastic experience! I look forward to my next appointment with my 2 dogs to introduce them and I’m confident

Dr Irene is so knowledgeable, patient, gentle, and caring. She spends as much time with us as needed. She is very easy to talk to. Very understanding…every animal is different…every circumstance is different…she’s there for all of it. The staff is always happy (you know what runs down hill)…if staff happy then they are treated well from the top. I never have had an issue with emergencies. Highly recommended this veterinary clinic! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! So grateful for everyone here at this hospital. In October of 2025, my beautiful 6 year old Lab Mix, Hope, broke 2 of her toes because she thought she was super girl flying up the stairs. It was a bad break with 2 bones that splintered. They told me it was going to be a long haul to healing. I proceeded to visit them once a week after that as her splints needed to be changed that often. My big 70 pound Super Girl kept breaking the splints, so these wonderful doctors created a plaster splint specifically for her. It was brilliant. They took care of her with gentle kindness and care, even tending to the fungal infection she was getting from the splints. I want to point out that when she DID break her splints they ALWAYS would fit her in the schedule last minute to ta

The team at Anclote is fantastic. Pure compassion, love, and a genuine interest in our fur babies. I am sure all of the Veterinarians are terrific, but we mainly work with Dr Putney. She is amazing and has shown us nothing but honesty and interest in our pets well being. Highly recommend this hospital, even if driving a few extra miles is required.

Where do I even begin?! The staff is wonderful and so nice and the best part is, you can tell they love what they do and love animals. Always greeted with a smile and you can see that their goal is to make sure your animal feels safe and comfortable. And Dr Ditson! The absolute best. She's a straight shooter and tells you everything you need to know and makes sure you understand what's going on with your pet. I couldn't have found someone better! Thank you all for being amazing it truly means the world to me and everyone else you're helping. ❤️
