Tarpon Animal Hospital

The staff at the Tarpon Animal hospital are great. Dr Santos is very kind, and caring. I took pickles there last week Saturday because she had gotten sick took her back on Monday to find out what was going on. Well I just took her again today the fallowing week Saturday to end her life. She was so sick that she wouldn't turn for the good. She was in so much pain with her infection that she had. But she is at peace now. And I am very thankful for everyone there who was there. This the last picture I took of her this morning before the vet.

We tried but had to put our baby Butterscotch down. Caring and gentle staff. Even sent us a sympathy card with Butterscotch's pawprints.

I started coming here after having issues with my previous vet. I cannot be happier with my choice to do so. The staff is absolutely great at catering to your pet's needs. They alway let me stay with my dog who doesn't do well at the vet. They let me help out in holding him, administering oral meds and let me swab him myself to help things go smooth and calm. I'm grateful for finding them and will always recommend them.

Dr. Abate has been so excellent with my fur babies! With 6 cats and a dog, they make it easy to make appts, get in and out. My dog needs shots every couple of months, and they are kind enough to give her the shot in tbe car (she is a 10 yo German Shepherd). The staff is amazing, especially Nayara and Cassidy at the front..always willing to help!! My dad was my vet until 6 years ago, and I feel just at home at Tarpon Animal Hospital as I did in my Dad's hospital! I LOVE this practice!

I have been using Tarpon Animal Hospital for many years, and I have always found the care to be above what I’ve experienced with previous veterinarians. Everyone from the folks who greet you when you walk in the door, to the people who assist in the exam rooms, and the doctors themselves are always caring and compassionate. They also provide the information necessary to make the best decisions for our loved ones. I highly recommend!
