I took my presious cat in because her ears were itching. Dr Fox cleaned her ears and said she had allergies. He said im going to give her an allergy shot. He gave her one if the most powerful steroids there is. I did not know anything about this drug until it started to change my beautiful little cat. It has been 6 days and she is still so different. Her personality, everything. My heart is broken because I did this to her by taking her there. There is no way to reverse this shot. She Is slow, very strange acting. She eats but she is just blank. Great vet and staff. He is an hour away from me but I trust his diagnosises better than anyone else in the tri-state area. Wish I could find a doctor like him.

Waited almost 2 hours. Was never told there would be a wait. People came in after me and got seen first. Was worried about a new growth on my dog. Just wanted to make sure it was nothing to worry about. Doctor talked down to me as if me coming in for something small like that was a waste of his time. I had to put one start but it would be 0. Dr. Foland is always gentle and kind to my Gus. He takes his time for the exam and always asks if there are any questions. Rest of the staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Just 2 days ago, I went to get my male dog neutered there and there were 3 loose dogs running around. After talking to the receptionist, I found out that they belonged to the veterinarian and an assistant. I expressed that I did not appreciate the loose dogs jumping in the side of my brand new truck or greeting me and my intact male dog as we were trying to get through the door because I’m 33 weeks pregnant and will not be able to break up a dog fight. The female veterinarian was very rude and was in the background mocking me and was rude to me at the time I was checking out as well. I can’t understand for the life of me why they do not see having 3 loose dogs at a practice is not a liability for their own dogs, the clients dogs and the clients themselves can get hurt!
