This location is small in comparison to others and the feeling inside is somewhat disturbing, as though there isn't much space with all that's packed inside. They did have what we went to buy and the employee at the front was friendly. The aquatics section was very lacking. The selections limited and the fish in small containers were not appealing. This included the number of plants, both aquatic and live, that appeared dead or dying. This took away from the overall experience. The location for the live crickets was precarious at best and oddly in an open area in front of the fish tanks. The stock carts and things out also took away from getting around as much as the limited space. Though, it was understandable that stocking was necessary. I used to visit these types of stores more often,

Let me start with a question for all you fur baby parents. When you take your babies to a groomer isn't it to get them bathed, hair and nail cut? Well let me tell you what was said to me at Pet Smart. "I'm sorry but your dog has too many knots and skin problems". This is the very first time, in 14 years, my Shih Tzu and I have been insulted by a potential groomer. How does the old saying go " Never judge a book by it's cover". I'm willing to pay extra for the needed time and treatment. Plus I'm an excellent tipper. Guess Pet Smart doesn't need money, clients or customers.

Clean, well-stocked store with friendly, helpful staff. Easy to find what I need, and the employees are always willing to answer questions. A reliable stop for pet supplies.

Two trips of over hour to buy fish and they couldn’t sell them. I’d leave negative stars if I could. Need to make a note on their site. Will never spend another penny at this location. Btw they won’t let ya post without at least one star.

Love this place they had the dog clothes I needed for my puppy and he loves his outfit.
