Smooth check in process. You wait in your vehicle till they text you to come in. Clinic is spacious and very clean. Staff was excellent. They took good care of my chihuahua from start to finish. Everything explained. Post op instructions given upon picking up your pet. I'm so happy I chose this clinic! Thank you for everything especially your kindness and professionalism.

Had booked an appointment with the Humane Society. Saw that their wait times were long and they charged for packages. So I decided to put an appointment with ACS. I work for the city and had heard of the free services provided by the city, depending on zip code. The service is great, you wait in your vehicle till you get a text to walk in for check in. The paperwork was fast and they took my Delilah in quick too. Pick up was at 5 and that was quick as well. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend. No charge either! I'm beyond pleased. They don't provide an e collar so make sure you have one, which I did. Ty ACS staff!

I took my puppy to get fixed and they did a great job. Are very nice and courteous. Explains everything that was going to happen. Recommend everyone to go there.

Very friendly ladies up front. Go over paper work. Vet techs are awesome. Clinic Supervisor ver supportive. Have a lot of information. Post op instructions are great.

They are very knowledgeable and also will treat your pet like family. They will call you to give any information about your pet before and after the surgery.
