Always so pleased with the staff at WMAH and Sophie’s doctor, Dr. Bo. We have always been able to get in on short notice, and receive quality care. Sophie has always felt comfortable going to and being around the WMAH staff. Everyone always takes their time to answer questions and provide clear explanation. Additionally, there have been many times over the years when I’ve sent an Email with questions, and someone always responds promptly. Sophie and our family are thankful for the quality care at WMAH. First off I just want to say this is only directed to the FRONT DESK and that Dr. Shaw is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with my Ollie Bear ( balinese cat ). He has been having really bad allergy symptoms so I scheduled an appointment for today at 11:00. I work at the local post office and I had to wait until I had coverage to be able to leave. Since I did not have coverage because my postmaster in that office was late coming back from helping another office and of course I can't close the office for the appointment . I was told by a not so nice lady named Shannon at the front desk that there's a cancellation fee (which is understandable depending on the circumstances) but when I asked her how much it would cost she said in a rude snapping manner "well for the cost of the appointment because it was an

We can’t speak highly enough of the West Mountain Animal Hospital veterinarians and staff for the high quality care and compassion shown to our pets over the past 25+ years. They are very accommodating for needed appointments and their flexible schedule helps for later afternoon/evening and Saturday appointments. Thank you for all you do for the pets of our community!

The vets here are the only ones I trust with my cats. I’ve tried many practices in the area, and these doctors are the only ones who truly make me feel like they care about CATS. They recommend things that make sense and take my financial situation into consideration when creating a health plan. Their honesty and love for my animals are a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them to any cat owner. I’ve never owned a dog, but I’d assume they’re just as thorough!

Had another wonderful visit with my dachshund puppies! So far I have seen 3 of the doctors and each one has been fantastic with a wealth of knowledge. I am very happy with my experience and look forward to future visits.
