My dog, River, is 12 years old and has a laundry list of medical conditions. West Hills staff and Dr. Yuko continue to provide the best care I could ever imagine. River loves going to the healing center and she does not get anxious going to the vet clinic which shows how much care and love they give her while she is there, as she has always been anxious at past vet clinics. West Hills also prioritizes staying up to date with current research and treatment options which is very important to me. River is able to continue to live her adventurous life because of their help. If you are looking for a vet clinic that truly cares about you and your pet, this is it!

Very attentive staff, Nugget really liked the vet tech Michael and was comfortable in his arms (surprisingly, since he hates anyone vet-related). Dr Wes was very knowledgeable and I felt confident trusting him and his advice. He seemed to know his fair share regarding GI issues, which was refreshing, given I came here for a second opinion after almost 2 months of battling GI problems, spending $1300 elsewhere, and getting nowhere. I definitely felt more confident about Dr. Wes suggestions and the guidance he gave us. Their vet visit fee may be a little higher than others, but their lab fees are honest and reasonable (more so than other places in town), and follow-ups are a lower fee. We have been taking our dog here for half of his life and I always recommend West Hills to others. You can tell the staff all truly care about your pet and love animals. My dog needed to have an urgent surgery done by a specialist several months ago and they were able to help it get scheduled the same week at their office which made the process so much less stressful because I trust them. Dr. Cole was so great about checking in on him afterwards. I also appreciate that the staff really makes sure the lobby is calm and you are in and out quickly.

The best vet in the Willamette Valley in my opinion! I have taken my two cats here for a couple years now, and the staff here are so kind, gentle with animals, knowledgeable, and professional. I have just moved to Salem and sadly won't be having our cats seen here any more due to the distance. After each visit, I would receive a text from one of the staff asking how my pet is doing and so I can ask any follow up questions if I forgot something during the appointment, or if any new concerns came up. I would say they are priced fairly considering the expenses of running a clinic and for the high quality of care your pets are receiving. Wishing your staff the best! ❤️

Words, I fear, could not convey the amount of gratitude I feel towards West Hills, their staff, vets, and vet techs. My dog Milo means the world to me and they provide amazing care. Milo recently has exhibited loss of function of his hind legs and through therapy and treatment at the healing center he can go for walks and has better quality of life. Function in his legs has improved and he is a large senior dog. I thought that would be impossible. I thought I’d only have a few more months with him and that was a year ago. I’m so glad we have them in our corner and Milo, who is a certified goodest boy, has the best treatment.
