Petco Grooming

Excellent service. My Chihuahua Terrier Cinnamon was shaking until Gabriela calmly held her and trimmed her nails perfectly. Cinnamon pranced proudly, showing off her nails afterwards. And no shaking! Thanks for the Excellent care.

The groomers at this PETCO are always wonderful with my dogs - But this time , especially, Groomer TOM Was a Miracle Worker !!! -- She went above and beyond !!! I had let my sweet little ShihTzu get horribly matted, really close to the skin ... and her paws especially were all clumped up 😳 🥺🥹 The groomer said she might have to be seen by a vet - and maybe put under anesthesia to trim her nails and clean up her paws 😳🥺😳🥺 When I came back to pick her up, Carmela was completely calm -- not stressed at all !! And she looked sleek and beautiful !!! Even her paws !!! I've never seen any of my dogs so completely calm and relaxed after a grooming !!! 💥💥💥💥 I WISH I COULD GIVE 10 STARS !!! -- OR 20 !!! 💥💥💥💥 THANK YOU TOM !!! 💖💥💖💥💖

My daughter went to drop off our dog today 2/6/26 to get groomed at 8am. We scheduled this appointment over a week ago. A lady said they double booked our dog and was rude. She rescheduled him for Monday. The groomers were talking to my daughter in the dark and the groomer was just eating breakfast. The groomer said they just lost a groomer and that's why she can not squeeze him in. We have the email confirmation that we scheduled the appointment because she said she had nothing on her schedule at 8am. Very unprofessional attitude, no apology, we always choose Petco for our pet needs and this is just very disappointing.
