PNW Grooming

I’ve taken my Australian Shepherd mix to PNW Grooming twice now, and both experiences have been EXCEPTIONAL. Scheduling was easy, the team was responsive, and their customer service was outstanding. They really listened to my detailed requests and took great care to make my dog feel comfortable. My dog tends to get nervous at the groomer due to past bad experiences, but Tasha and Samantha were absolutely wonderful. After both appointments, my dog came home relaxed and happy—which says everything. I truly love PNW Grooming and highly recommend them.

This place is highly recommended. They do a fantastic job and better yet, take their time to do it right. I have both a Border Collie and an Australian Shepherd with a thick undercoat, and Natasha groomed them to perfection. Couldn't be happier with the professionalism and expertise that PNW provides, and all at what I consider a very reasonable price.

I have been taking my Australian Shepherd Scout here for almost a year now and I won’t take him anywhere else! Scout has fear aggression/reactivity and really struggles with new people, dogs, environments, sounds, etc. Due to this he has been turned away by many groomers but PNW grooming was willing to help and have beyond exceeded my expectations! Tasha specifically has been grooming him since his first appointment and she has done a wonderful job! Scout gets excited to go now and he always comes back smelling and looking good! They are very honest in how he was for the day and what they were able to do. They have been so accommodating to his needs and I feel so comfortable leaving him in their care. We were very happy with Samantha. Our dog is reactive and she was really good with he. I would definitely get her nails trimmed there again.

Took our dog here for the first time and couldn’t be happier! They did a wonderful job, especially with trimming the hair around his paw pads so neatly without a single nick. Great service, fair pricing, and our pup looks fantastic. We’ll definitely be coming back!
