Took my Rottweiler, Hazel, here for her ear infection. She usually gets some sort of skin irritation annually. I was very pleased with the staff and pricing. I also enjoyed they cleaned her ears in front of me. I will take my other animals here, and hopefully become a regular! Hazel enjoyed the other client pictures while we were waiting in examination room! 🐾🦴

I generally do not ever leave reviews, especially with something like this because I am IN THE FIELD. I have been a technician for almost a decade and am flabbergasted by this interaction. Firstly, scheduling an appointment was like pulling teeth. My dog has a ruptured anal gland abscess and I wanted to get her seen, I asked if they had anything after 4pm bc that's when I get off. The lady at the front desk said it would have to be a morning appointment because my dog would need to be sedated. This is a wildly inappropriate comment for a receptionist to make. I was not aware your receptionists were practicing medicine but I digress. I needed abx and pain meds for my dog, so I ask if I can just get her in, if she needed to be sedated, I can bring her back in as a drop off. This was apparent

We have used the Brownsville office since we got our baby almost 8 years ago. We love everyone there, they are our extended family. It gives us such peace of mind to know that Danielle will make sure Max is taken care of. I recommend them to everyone.

In November 2021, I visited the office for an initial exam of my recently rescued 12 month Blue Pitbull [American Staffordshire Terrier] that presently is dog reactive. The Office Manager, Technician and Veterinarian were 1st class. From the moment I booked the appointment to check out time, they offered me world class service. The entire office was cordial, professional and accommodating to ensure my pup did not have any triggers during the visit. The entire office went to great lengths to ensure my pup and I were comfortable during the visit as they performed a thorough and gentle exam, while patiently answering my multitude of questions. They showered my pup with affection and made me feel welcomed and not shamed for having a dog that is working on improving behavior.
