Macland Animal Hospital

I have been here a total of three times, once when I walked in to book an appointment and two other times for my puppies two vaccines. Since moving away from home finding a vet in the area was kind of hard, I had a very unpleasant experience at the first place I visited. Macland Animal Hospital is the best. They gave my puppy Junie a nail trim and a face trim around her eyes. I appreciate them for going the extra mile for me. I cannot wait to continue my journey here. Before & After attached 😹

This past Sunday we said Goodbye to our little Leo. We were nervous because we hadn’t been to this vet before and weren’t sure what kind of service we could expect which was really important since this was such an emotional experience. We were greeted with kindness and empathy and the vet tech, Evan who assisted us through the process and overall made us feel heard and gave us the patience we needed to make the hardest decision we’ve ever had to make. Dr.Mendscole was so kind and gentle and talked us through the process and what to expect and gave us kind words after Leo was put to sleep. While time will eventually heal the hole that’s in our hearts from losing our little Leo, we will never forget the care and empathy that was provided to us at Macland Animal Hospital. I took both of my pups in this past weekend and I’m super pleased with my visit. I was in and out fast and the three girls at the front, Morgan, Olivia & Niya were all very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me with new patient sign in, assisted in getting my pups out of the car, went over all my requests and were very efficient. 10/10 will bring my babies back. 🩷

I was referred to Macland Animal Clinic by my Fur baby's vet because they were short staffed. When I say I was so impressed with the staff and the facility. Very clean, all the staff were great especially my tech Tye. I will definitely be changing locations in order for them to continue to take care of my fur baby!! The front desk staff were patient, personable, caring, and very empathetic. Love everything about this facility. You have definitely gained a new fur baby! Shouts out to Dr. Marshall! She was amazing!!

Got a quote and when I went to pay they were charging me over $200 more. After I complained she started listing the things that were included, when I said I was going to get the quote suddenly she saw the mistake and it dropped $100. They still charged me $100 more than the quote saying the quote was not done correctly. Paying over $600. The receptionist was very unapologetic and sarcastic. The vet didn't come to talk to me after the surgery, no instructions on the stitches or a day to take them out.
