Wellness Animal Hospital - Parrish

I'm new to Parrish FL and searched online for a Veterinarian for our cat's annual checkup & rabies vax. I saw an advertisement saying the Wellness Animal Hospital just opened on Moccasin Wallow Road in Parrish. So I figured why not give them a try. The lobby was bright & clean. Emma, vet tech, greeted me when I walked in. She knew my cat's name but I may have been the only customer with an appointment at the time, but I was still impressed. When I first walked into the exam room I was shocked at how sterile and unfriendly the room felt. It gave me the feeling of a non-compassionate atmosphere. Dr. Nina Krajewski, Dr Butcher and the vet tech Emma have been great thus far and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a kind, compassionate and knowledgeable local veterinarian in the Parrish / Moccasin Wallow area. Having just opened recently, I'm glad I found out about them. They were very patient, knowledgeable and fair which is very refreshing and nice to experience. They took the time to explain everything to my girlfriend and I so we can work as a team to ensure my cat Siya has the best care available given his CKD condition, which I really appreciate. The only thing that I would comment on and request for consideration in the future would be including vitals (blood pressure, pulse, etc) as part of the examination fee versus being a separate charge. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and every single person who works here. From the front desk staff who always asked about my cat, to the vets and techs who fought alongside me for him through multiple visits, the care and compassion shown to us will stay with me forever. Losing a pet is devastating, but being surrounded by people who genuinely cared about him and about me made an unbearable experience a little less lonely. Even after his passing, the kindness they showed our family through their words and gestures meant more than I can put into words. I will forever trust this clinic with my pets and recommend them to anyone who wants not just excellent medical care, but true human compassion.

I’m highly impressed with both the market Street and moccasin wallow office. My dog ended up with some puncture wounds and they got me in same day and then when he needed something stitched, they got me in that same day too and stayed late for him. Dr Nina is super sweet and very knowledgeable she will now be my dog’s new vet!
