They went the extra mile to give us additional time to sit with Buddy before we had to say goodbye, never rushing us and allowing us the space we needed. I have have been to a few different vets over the years and I have to say I can't remember the last time I truly remember having a vet who truly listens to you and doesn't rush you through the appointment. We bought our dog in after being told by another vet 3xs that she just had allergies and that's why she was digging at her ears so badly. Hundreds of dollars spent on different foods and giving her Benadryl but our poor pup was still digging. Until it got to the point she started making herself bleed one night, I finally had enough. My mom recommended Wayne Heights after getting referred herself since her old vets office started price gouging. Dr. Barnes is incredibly kind, thorough, and compassionate, and she truly treats every pet as if it were her own. I’ve been bringing my pets to this practice for many years, and I’m consistently impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and dedication of everyone there — from the veterinarians to the technicians and administrative staff. We recently switched to this practice and have nothing but great things to say. One of our dogs has been very sick and not only do they treat him with care but they also take the time to answer all of our questions with the utmost patience and compassion. We don’t regret switching!

I take my Dog, 4 cats, and my 30 year old Parrot to Wayne heights Veterinary Hospital. All the staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help, whatever your needs are. The husband and wife team do a fantastic job of caring for all my pets, including trimming my parrot wings nails and beak. I started going here 8 years ago, and have never had any problems with their services.
