The Waynesboro, PA location Vet experience was horrible and I would never go back or recommend!!! We took a very friendly stray cat in to have shots and check for fleas and ticks. The vet was EXTREMELY rough with this cat, tossing and heavy handedly turning it on its sides. The shots left this poor cat with a very sore hind end, as well as a wound with a scab! He was very hard to understand with directions and what vaccinations we were actually receiving. There was ZERO empathy for this cat that was pulled from the streets. I pray he has no animals of his own! The receiving and exiting staff members were very kind and knowledgeable (thank you to them). The 2 Stars is only be given because of the female at checkout otherwise, I would have given 0 stars for this service!!!! I will
Once we arrived to be seen by the vet and vet assistants, the staff was very friendly, it would have been nice if there were signs to show to go to the line as the staff at the "payment" desk didn't acknowledge me for a minute as I stood there before asking if I needed to check in there first.
Very compassionate vet. Very pleased with the service we received
Second year using the mobile PetVet at our local TSC and I love the ease of going plus saving the extra money.
