Watertown Humane Society Inc

I cannot recommend Watertown Humane Society enough! My husband and I took in a rescue puppy. She was only 16 weeks old and had a severe eye infection from a cat scratch. The emergency vet said her eye would need to be removed. We called several places trying to get her scheduled for surgery, but everyone was a minimum of a week out - just for the consult. Watertown Humane Society was able to do the consult and procedure same day - 4 days later (two of those days were Saturday and Sunday). They were so compassionate, professional, and thorough. They even checked in a couple of days after surgery. The surgery went exceptionally well and she healed and recovered amazingly. I hold high standards for vet care and I can truly say you can trust them with your fur babies.

Everyone was absolutely amazing.The place is incredibly clean and all the animals there are very well taken care of. They have so many kitties! Go get one or two for the holidays they make the purrrfect little gifts and longterm family members! Thank you so much for showing me around, I'll be back for one eye and the little orange menace! If they aren't adopted already that is next time!

I cannot express a deeper gratitude for the care my baby and I received here at the Humane Society. My Corso puppy needed to be spayed (emergency) due to uterine pyometra and I was able to email (upon my Vets recommendation) discuss and be seen within 24 hrs to cure my baby. I am from Milwaukee so I had to bring my lunch and work along with. They allowed me the space to stay the day while she came out of sedation and work without worry. PLUS the cost was affordable, my pockets and my baby certainly appreciated it. Thanks again to the team of women I met there and I appreciate the recommendation to the Corso rescue to find a companion for our Layla to play with. We are so grateful to you all!

They are amazing. We had to put our 13 yr old dog to his final rest. Amy and her team are amazing, caring and sweethearts. They go out of their way to make it so peaceful for all involved. Thank you. Love Dusty's family 💖💞

This is my first time using them for my dogs, I brought my 9 month old German Shepherd female in for spay..... Everything went extremely well. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I needed a bunch of paper towels to clean up the back of my car after my dog dry heaved in the back, they even offered to come out and help me which was amazing! I will definitely be using them in the future.
