They were great in helping me with putting down my 18-year-old dog very early in the morning suddenly without an appointment they were very empathetic and treated me well.

I had a suddenly very sick, very senior cat. They found a way to get me in within 24 hours. Turns out my 18 year old "baby" was already in organ failure and would require an extreme amount of pain and investment to keep him alive for even a short time. These people were kind, compassionate, provided the complete truth about the situation and left me with my George to think about it. I cannot bear to have an animal suffer because I can't let go. When they returned the decision was to help him on his way over the Rainbow Bridge. I was able to hold him and love him and support his journey. It took about 2 minutes. He was ready to go and be well over the Bridge. They made a clay paw print for me. So kind. /when I'm ready to adopt another animal, I know who my vet will be. Thank you

Dr. White and his employees have been very good to us over the years. They treat our pets very well and are very sympathetic when we have to euthanize one of our pets. I recommend him highly.

We brought our dog in for a bad bite from another dog and the Dr. Made time for us between appointments and i couldnt ask for better care or nicer people to bring my animals to. Both him and his assistant were so nice and helpful...and the cost was more than fair. I highly recommend Rock River Veterinary clinic and Dr White to anyone looking to take their animals to a vet that knows what they are doing and genuinely care about helping them. This clinic was absolutely a lifesaver for us. Our GSD had to be neutered. He is very timid and uncomfortable at the vet, usually. We had a previous horrible experience at a different clinic and were frustrated when they couldn’t do the surgery. So we came here instead, and Dr. White and his staff absolutely saved us! Thanks to him and this clinic, our dog was able to have a successful surgery and a positive experience. I am so grateful for this place honestly would 10/10 recommend.
