Don’t make an appointment unless you can actually make contact with them prior. Made an appointment online days ago. It was “submitted to get approved”. Basically just pending. Tried calling to get it approved and never got back to me. It goes straight to voicemail every time. Tried texting no reply. So I was hoping they were just busy. Day of I showed up to my appointment and the sign says “come in! We are glad to see you!” I rang the door bell, I did step inside and it’s just a pitch black garage like any other houses garage. Immediately got out. No answer, just the dogs barking. Stood there for a while. There was a car in the driveway so someone must’ve been home. I was relying on this appointment but instead I could’ve been going somewhere else.

Tracy loves dogs. She gave our Bentley the best treatment. He loves his time at the spa.
