Waterford Lakes Animal Hospital

I went in to Waterford Lakes Animal Hospital for an emergency visit with my 14F blue nose. What was a very sad and hard day was made much lighter by the staff. Dr. Gina in particular, as well as the technicians that aided us, were very patient, well spoken and had an amazing bedside manner. Between drop off and pickup I took up about four hours of their time and they remained patient and humble during the entire experience. They came up with plan options as well as respected my thoughts and opinions based on what was chosen. When Dr. Gina would enter the room, she would immediately lower herself to the floor to be on my and my pets level- a small act of respect and humility that I will never forget. When Hope passed, they also sent a hand written card to express their condolences which was

Dr. Cox has cared for my Cocker Spaniel since he was just two months old, and I couldn't be more grateful. She's an excellent professional, always attentive and caring toward my little dog. I also want to give a shout-out to all the assistants and staff at the vet, who are equally kind and dedicated. I feel very satisfied and at peace trusting my pet's health in her hands.

When I showed up to the emergency vet down the street when they were closed, I immediately called Waterford Lakes Animal Hospital to see if they could squeeze me in the day before Thanksgiving and they did! Not only that, the service I received was quick, efficient, friendly, and thorough! If I lived a bit closer, I would switch all of my pets to this facility. The space was clean and inviting, the other clients were well behaved, and it was overall one of the best vet experiences I've ever had. Well done, WLAH and thank you!

Love taking my dogs Mia and Arya to Waterford Lakes Animal Hospital. Highly recommend. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. All the staff working there from Dr. Rik, Ari, Terrell, Cassie, Amanda, Karen, Maria and Leanna were all so nice and always take care of my pups whenever I come in. They are very knowledgeable in what they do and work with you whatever your concerns may be. If you're looking for a place that not only will take great care of you pets and also makes you feel like they are in great hands this is the place to go!! Thank you guys for always making sure my fur babies are taken care of!

We were a walk-in directly from the emergency ER veterinary clinic. The staff and doctors were very understanding and worked hard to work us in to a full morning schedule. I did not have to wait long nor did my fur baby. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate their kindness, their smiles they’re helpfulness, friendliness, and professional professionalism during this stressful time for the both of us.
