Watauga Veterinary Hospital in Boone, North Carolina truly provides top-notch service! 🐾💙From the moment we walked in, the love and care shown to us in our situation was welcoming and comforting. The facility was exceptionally clean and well-organized, all these things immediately gave us peace of mind. We had traveled 4 hrs for to seek help from Dr Fair to care for our 2 yr old lab that had severely damaged his paw by breaking bones and severing ligaments. Her veterinary team was incredibly knowledgeable and professional as Dr Fair conducted a 5+ hour procedure with outstanding expertise, and the communication throughout from her team was reassuring and thorough. Our dog woke up this morning unable to move. His back end was trembling and his legs very weak. We were definitely in a panic and was thinking the worse possible things. Watauga veterinary hospital got us in with in the hour of calling. They handle our boy with care and was very thorough with examining him. They took great care of our dog and we are extremely thankful. Dr Moya was awesome and we can’t think her and the staff enough.

I cannot give an opinion to the Veterinary Services. I do believe they are attempting to begin a dog grooming service ! We brought our 16 pound puppy with short hair to be groomed and nails trimmed only. It was $55 - I asked if this service was a mistake. Apparently you pay by the weight of the dog. We have an 80 pound rescue with short hair and had we brought him here it would have cost us $95. We were NOT told upfront that the bath per weight of the dog would be the cost. We were given the guided cost list per weight after the bath. We went there because we had used Katie, the groomer, from another groomer and was so happy with her we followed her to this vet. As much as we think Katie is top notch we will never have our dogs groomed there again. I have never heard of a price per

Being from a big city it was refreshing meeting a vet who actually really love animals. She actually sat on the ground and gave him peanut butter. He didn't even know he was being examined or receiving shots. Will be going back and would recommend.
