I brought my dog in for an initial exam, a new experience with a new vet and new clinic for my nervous small mixed breed poodle. Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. The doctor was very thorough in discussing what was going on with my dog, gave a full report, made recommendations for next steps, and took time to answer all my questions. The vet assistants and vet all were able to work with my dog and ease her anxiety so she was a happy dog when she came out of the exam!

Broughtmy dog in before once with the old vet everything went swimmingly in and out rapidly got taken care of reasonably priced. Go back in because my dog has an ear infection. First thing they tell me was your dog is old and look at her coat and we better give her some blood test because she’s old. There was nothing wrong with her coat. I brought her in for an ear infection. The vet had about the worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen care less about my dog and more about how she could turn up more things to make money on long story short. Ear infection I was there for 33 minutes most of the time waiting $400 plus out the door for an ear infection will never go back to see these guys their Just looking to crank up your bill so they can make some profits they couldn’t care less Dog just my op

The vet had an honest, open, real discussion with me about my sweet girl's health. Our pup was old, paralyzed from the waist down, but otherwise alert and happy. I needed help understanding our options and next steps. The vet didn't sidestep or beat around the bush; the information she gave was balanced and thorough, and she answered all my questions. In this most difficult time, I truly appreciate the expertise, and even more so, the human connection, that this clinic offered. Everyone (from the vet herself to the assistant who helped us back to the room to the front desk staff) was helpful and kind.

The care and communication at WSVC has been consistent and professional. Dr Nicole is an exceptional veterinarian with clear and strong communication skills and a wonderful bedside manner! She makes me feel confident with her providing Elvis with exceptional care! Each time I’ve met with dr. Nicole i feel she has explained Elvis health clearly. Thank you WAVC!!!

Washington Square Veterinary Clinic has wonderful staff , Doctors, back office, and front office are professional, caring , respectful and supportive. I have been taking my fur babies there for years. Love everyone there.
