TOTAL RIP OFF!! Husband was charged $10 and there was NO soap and the water was ice COLD. Needless to say, our dog did not get washed and he lost his $10. The one star is because you can't leave ZERO stars.
Clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that the sprayers could have a wider stream of water. We have bernese mountain dogs , and they have a double coat, so it took longer than the allotted time to rinse.
Makes it so easy to bathe your dog.
