Most unprofessional grooming salon I’ve taken my standard poodle too. I showed her a picture of how I wanted her to be cut. She cut her completely bald everywhere . When I call to discuss what had happened to my dog . The owner called me a winch said I was trying to get free services then hung up on me. Also when I had my mother pick her up she want she tried to get her to pay AGAIN. Would NOT recommend!!!! Owner also threatened to call the other groomer in town about me .

They always do a great job on our puppy's.

Could have been better hair cut but they don't believe in using muzzles. An it looks like they needs some good workers.

She fixed our Fancy up so cute! & She smelt so good! We will be returning!

I was an hour late to my appointment. (Obviously my fault. I live a hour away and a combination of flat tires on my car, no gas in my husband’s car, and living an hour away culminated into the perfect storm.) I also have very little phone service on the way there. I definitely could have done some things differently, but when I arrived I encountered a staff member not willing to entertain solutions or work with me at all. I called back later to express my disappointment in the lack of customer service and she continued to double down on how I should have called and if I don’t plan on being a customer in the future, why would she try and help me? It’s disappointing when a privately owned business has worse customer service than Petsmart.
