We had a special needs kitten. Dr Parks and the vet techs were so helpful and compassionate throughout all of his care. They even embrace his sister who has a sassy attitude when she visits.

Dr parks and his staff are great. He and his staff took great care of both my dogs.

We’ve been seeing Dr Parks for years. He’s come in several times on his days off to handle our pets’ emergency needs. Very honest and caring. Love the staff.

Yesterday I took my dogs to get there annual shots. When I arrived the front desk clerk pulled my dogs file and told me it would be a 30 minute wait. Later a noticed customers were being called before me. The clerk was rude and continually cut my dogs out of line. One kindhearted dog owner told the clerk that I was in front of her., but she told her " "No she is next".the dog owner stated let her go in my place because this lady was here before me. The clerk said " I said she is next. "Then a young man opened the door and very rudely said Whatever I dont care." Then in the weight room he demanded I put each dog on the scale individually while he leaned against the wall with his arms folded in front of him. This task was hard to do by myself.
